This course draws on the work of scholars Maureen Murdock (The Heroine's Journey), Clarissa Pinkola Estés (Women Who Run with the Wolves), and Carol S. Pearson (Persephone Rising) to guide you on a journey into your innermost world. We will engage with myths and archetypes to better understand the limiting beliefs and social conditioning that are holding you back from stepping into your full power and re-write your story to be one of agency and empowerment.
