Understanding Your Archetype

Goddesses of the Underworld are elusive and mysterious. They are able to walk between realms and are highly intuitive, which grants them a powerful innate wisdom. They are tapped into the arcane mysteries and know the secret histories that men have tried to erase. Of all the archetypes, Goddesses of the Underworld dwell the most on the spiritual side of humanity. They stand at the threshold to spiritual initiation, providing us with a link back to our origin and our essence, and they have strong spiritual gifts and psychic abilities.
Underworld Goddesses are not afraid to let their old identities die in order to birth new ones. They understand that the cycle of transformation necessitates death, and so they are willing to take big leaps to make changes in their lives. They are also not afraid to embrace their shadow aspects. Because they do not fear change and are comfortable with the hidden parts of themselves, they can sometimes trigger other people. This is important and necessary for our collective growth.

exploring liminal spaces (e.g. graveyards, ruins, standing stones, etc.)
reading about psychology and history, especially ancient/ erased histories
doing shadow work
creating rituals around the new moon and your luteal phase
learning about astrology and energy work
meditating to become a clear channel
wearing silver, obsidian, and black tourmaline to protect your energy and transmute dark emotions
