Another way to change your self-perception is to dress like your archetype, whatever that looks like for you!

As I leaned into my archetypes, I found myself adopting more of a free-spirited, Bohemian style—and wearing a lot of swimsuits! (I even became a brand ambassador for an eco-friendly bikini brand I love!) I embraced a sun-kissed, beach blonde look, wearing my hair in its natural waves, which are enhanced by salt water. I wore ethically sourced pearls, coral, and pāua shell and purchased sea-themed jewelry from companies with a focus on ocean conservation, as well as pieces I collected during my travels. And then, you guessed it, I took photos of myself embracing this aesthetic—especially when I was traveling—further reinforcing my new sense of self. (The photos above are from my recent trip to Sardinia.)

My friend Lauren, who is a multidimensional artist, DJ/producer, and model, is a Goddess of Love and Sexuality, a Goddess of the Arts, and a Goddess of the Sea. I love how her archetypes shine through in her personal style, which reinforces her identity and goddess energy—to herself and others. She does an amazing job sharing her goddess energy on social media and showing up as her whole, gorgeous, authentic self.
