I'm so thrilled you're here and that you're taking steps to discover and embody your most empowered version of self!
In this workshop, we’ll start your transformation journey by activating your unique goddess energy.
What is Goddess Energy?
Goddess energy is the part of you that dreams, imagines, nurtures, and creates. It's the fertile aspect of your consciousness that gives birth to your individual attributes, desires, and gifts, allowing you to find your unique purpose and identity. (It has nothing to do with gender, by the way; everyone has access to this energy!)
As children we embody our goddess energy naturally, especially if we grow up in a nurturing environment that fosters our creativity. As we age, however, many of us lose touch with our goddess energy. We consume more than we create. We suppress our intuition and allow other people to tell us how to think, feel, and act. Often, we’re simply too busy struggling to survive to remember, let alone pursue, our dreams.
My Story
For a long time, I was disconnected from my goddess energy. I lived my life on autopilot, doing what I was "supposed to do" until my sense of identity felt completely fractured. Because I'd been living my life according to other people's rules and expectations for so long, I had no idea know who the Real Kate was or what she genuinely wanted. It was only after I stripped everything away—including my religion, marriage, and career—that I was able rediscover my innate goddess energy.
As I released the things I'd been told I should pursue, I was finally able to figure out what I wanted to pursue and who I wanted to be. That's when my life, my body, and my entire sense of self changed. (You can read more about my transformation journey here.)

I created Goddess Rising to empower you to transform your reality in a way that’s aligned for you. Your journey probably won't look exactly like mine. That's the whole point! Your dreams and desires are unique to YOU. That's why it's crucial you get back in touch with your goddess energy.
